Hub Assistant Privacy Policy

Hub Assistant is a teacher-facing browser extension designed to provide contextual guidance on supported PowerSchool and PowerHub educator pages.

Hub Assistant may read information already displayed within supported PowerSchool pages when necessary to provide its features, including interface state, class context, names displayed by PowerSchool, and workflow information.

The extension does not use advertising, behavioral profiling, developer-operated analytics, or telemetry.

Hub Assistant does not transmit student names, guardian names, message content, Newsfeed content, SIS roster data, or teacher workflow information to a server operated by A.I MY.

For the optional teacher-enabled Vietnamese-name display feature in PowerSchool SIS, Hub Assistant may request the active section roster directly from PowerSchool using the user's existing authenticated PowerSchool session. This is a same-origin PowerSchool request. The returned roster data is processed transiently in the browser and is not transmitted to A.I MY.

Student names, PowerSchool IDs, Student Codes, roster payloads, and generated name maps used by this feature are not persistently stored by the extension.

Browser extension storage is used only for product settings and state such as language preferences, onboarding and walkthrough progress, contextual-help settings, and feature preferences.

Hub Assistant does not contain remotely hosted executable extension code.

Hub Assistant is independently developed by A.I MY and is not an official PowerSchool, Microsoft, Mozilla, or Google product.
