As you can see the descriptions are blocked, and all the icons are blacked out to avoid unexpected spoilers. It does not hide the episode names.
About this extension
Any thumbnail for a video on Hulu will be blacked out to avoid any spoiler content. Similarly, the next episode text when watching a series is replaced to hide any unwanted spoilers that some shows on Hulu can't seem to avoid. For more information visit: https://github.com/Jmarkaba/hulubricant
