As with another reviewer, I too was worried given all the terrible reviews, but I've had zero issues with this on MacOS 27 Golden Gate. Pretty much works exactly like Safari.

I was worried to use this after seeing all the negative reviews. I don't understand what happened, this works perfectly for me, exactly the way I'd expect.

WINDOWS: Você precisa ter o icloud instalado no PC para conseguir rodar. Funciona sim no firefox. Não sei por que esse aviso aparece quando você tenta logar sem ter o icloud instalado. Se a descrição tivesse uma explicação um pouquinho melhor essa extensão não seria tão mal avaliada...

Very handy, i use Firefox as backup browser after Safari and this is useful!

Running MacOS 26 and it all works perfectly for me, I nearly didn't download it because of all the recent 1* reviews.

This did not used to function, but Apple has since fixed it (it took them about a year). Make sure you have the desktop iCloud installed, it requires it, and you should be set.

Oh and @ the Apple intern that finally fixed this after 2 years. Thank you.

Was worried about reviews but works perfectly fine on my m1 air 2020 with latest macos

I don't know why people give it a bad rating. It fully does its job and works just fine. I think people are just stupid.

This works well, but please add a way to generate new passwords directly in this extension. Having to jump on the iCloud passwords app is complicated and a very poor UX, and leads to users choosing weak passwords. Thanks.

EDIT 4/7/26: Since a few weeks ago, the add-on keeps asking for a misleading username completion to finish saving the credentials, even tho the action was just to fill an existing login. This popup should not appear as the username/password were already present in iCloud keychain. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Also please implement the new password generation from above! I have to use another addon just for this, which is very suboptimal.

Works as intended! You will need a 6-digit verification code from your Apple device to allow Firefox to use the extension. Close Firefox completely when done and reopen. Works fine!
