Exactly what I've been looking for in a reverse image search add-on. My only issue is that Google wasn't working, but that can be fixed by manually replacing the "Search Variables (One per Line)" section with:

sbisrc=cr_1_5_2
image_url=::$URL::

Google image search doesn't work for a long time now.

Fixed Google search without awful Google lens:

Search url- https://www.google.com/searchbyimage
Variables-
sbisrc=cr_1_5_2
image_url=::$URL::

please fix the google image search option. it does not work at all
