ImageVeil does not send browsing history, settings, saved reveals or learned rules to its developer. It contains no telemetry or analytics service.

The extension processes page elements and image addresses locally to hide media, reveal content on request and apply optional download controls.

Settings, site preferences, saved reveals and learned structural rules are stored locally in the browser. Saved reveals and rules may contain website or image addresses and information used to identify page elements.
