    Version 4.5.0

    Released Oct 22, 2026 - 433.38 KB

Starred threads move out of bundles immediately (#68, #69). With “Show starred on their own rows” enabled (default), starring a bundled thread moves it to its own row; unstarring returns it. Open bundles stay open. All star types count, including superstars. Bundles containing only starred threads disappear, showing plain rows instead.

Bundle-aware keyboard navigation (#46). j/k and arrow keys navigate visible rows in display order. Collapsed bundles count as one stop. On a bundle, Enter/o opens it, x selects all threads, e/b/# archive all, snooze, or delete all when available. Escape collapses an open bundle. Opening a bundle focuses Gmail's cursor on its first thread, ensuring actions target the correct thread.

Bundles outside Inbox (#43). A new, disabled-by-default Options → Bundling switch, “Bundle other Gmail pages too,” enables bundling in search results, labels, Snoozed, Starred, Important, and All Mail. Open/close behavior, actions, remembered open bundles, and keyboard navigation work there too. Gmail chips (Inbox, Sent, Draft) are never bundled. Views don't rebundle their active label or sender filter; threads group by other labels or sender instead. “View all” stays within the current view. Conversations, Sent, Drafts, Spam, Trash, and the pinned (starred in inbox) page are excluded.

Sender and date on collapsed bundles (#56). Closed rows show the newest thread's sender beside its date, like Gmail rows. Both appear bold when unread. Hovering the sender reveals their address; hovering the date shows Gmail's full-date tooltip. The sender preview beside the title remains unchanged, listing everyone inside, newest first.

Archive-all and date sweep options (#40, #48). Three new switches, all disabled by default, customize archive-all behavior without changing existing defaults. “Archive buttons skip starred” (Options → Starred threads) keeps starred threads in the inbox, including manually selected ones, similar to how Inbox sweeps preserve pinned threads.

  • Version 4.2.0

    Released Sep 9, 2026 - 367.53 KB
Works with firefox 109.0a1 and later
    • New: a select-all checkbox on every bundle row — select the whole bundle, then use Gmail's own toolbar on it (Delete, Archive, Mark as read, Move...). Drawn in Gmail's native style, with a partial-selection state.
    • Changed: the archive-all button on bundles is now enabled by default. Turn it off under Options → Features.
    • Fixed: bundling no longer disappears after a slow inbox load (previously it required toggling the master switch off and on).

    • Master bundling on/off switch. Pause bundling without disabling the extension. A synced bundlingEnabled setting is surfaced three ways — a switch in Gmail's search bar (next to the pinned-messages toggle), a switch on the Options page, and a toggle in the toolbar popup — all reflecting each other and syncing across devices. When off, Inbundly goes dormant: the inbox is a plain Gmail list and injected controls (pinned toggle, "Bundle selected") are hidden.
    • The open bundle stays put while you work in it. Archiving/deleting/snoozing a thread in an open bundle no longer reorders the bundle — it holds its position until you collapse it. It also stays open when only one thread is left, regardless of the "skip single-item bundles" setting, so it no longer vanishes mid-workflow.
    • Selected thread no longer shifts left inside an open bundle. Checking/selecting a bundled message keeps its indent instead of snapping to the edge.
    • No crash in message popout windows. Theme detection no longer throws when there is no navigation sidepane (e.g. a popped-out message), which had taken down the content script.
