I absolutely cannot stand the way Instagram persistently has text flicking over every video while the commentator speaks.

Its hugely distracting and I despise it - so it goes.

This little tool views the video for 3 seconds, works out where the text is and places a nice black bar right over the top of it. It will not be able to do this on complex videos where multiple text overlays are present or other text-included content is present (such as screengrabs of news, blobs of text,etc) but will persistently attempt to reacquire it target and block them.

ALL processing is done locally. There is ZERO data collection of any kind and the source is free to reuse and modify.
