Invoice Due Dates – payables list from PDFs by SoraProject

At month end, do you still open every invoice PDF your vendors e-mailed you and copy "when, how much, to whom" into a spreadsheet?

Drop the invoices you received onto this page. The add-on reads the due date, amount, vendor, bank details and tax registration number from the PDF text and sorts them by due date. Save the list as a payables CSV and paste it into your accounting tool or spreadsheet. This is not an invoice generator. It organizes the invoices you receive until they are paid.

WHAT IT DOES
• Drag & drop any number of PDFs → due date, amount, vendor, bank details, issue date and tax registration number are read automatically
• Sort by due date or by vendor. Invoices due within N days are highlighted, overdue ones in red
• Tick "Paid" → the unpaid total updates on the spot
• Save a payables CSV (due date, amount, currency, vendor, bank details, issued, tax reg. no., tax rate shown, paid, original file)
• Reads English invoices (Due date / Amount due / Balance due, $ € £ with decimals) and Japanese ones (including Japanese era dates and full-width digits). Foreign-currency invoices are totalled per currency and never converted

HOW VALUES ARE PICKED
• Due date: the one next to "Due date", "Payment due", "Pay by" (quote expiry dates are skipped). Invoices without a due-date label stay blank; type it by hand
• Amount: the one next to "Total", "Amount due", "Balance due" wins (Subtotal, Tax and Discount are skipped)
• Vendor: a line with a company suffix (Inc., Ltd., LLC, K.K., GmbH, 株式会社 …); "Bill to" lines are skipped
• Bank details: the "Bank / IBAN / Account" line joined with the following branch, account and holder lines. Always check against the original before paying
• Tax registration number: a Japanese invoice number (T + 13 digits) when present. Only its presence is shown; nothing is looked up

PRIVACY
• All reading happens inside your browser. PDF content, file names and results are never sent anywhere
• No permissions are requested (the CSV is an ordinary download)
• No account, no sign-in. The list disappears when you close the page

NOTES
• Scanned-image PDFs without a text layer cannot be read. They are marked "No text"; type the values by hand
• This add-on only lists documents. It makes no tax decisions and no payments. Ask your accountant about tax treatment
