For the Android app "IP Webcam", there is no inbuilt way to make the video take up the entire width of the screen easily. To adjust it I've made a quick fix extension. It enlarges the video display for browser to be the width of the screen.

If you add ?w=[some number] where [some number] is the percentage of the screen to take up, it will adjust the video to be that size.
