iProVPN Proxy by iProVPN
Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy defined here describes how iProVPN (herein also referred to as “we”, “us”, “the service”) collects, stores, and handles your data through its Firefox extension.
What We Collect
iProVPN’s Firefox extension collects the bare minimum required to give you access to the service. We only collect username and password from the login fields that you register while signing up for iProVPN. The information is used to authenticate you, verify an active subscription, and make the proxy service available.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information such as IP address or an account’s web activity. iProVPN does not track or record what you do while connected to the proxy service.
“Check IP Address”
iProVPN Firefox extension allows you to check your current IP address. It lets you verify that the proxy service is working and your actual IP address is being masked. This information is never stored on our servers.
How We Handle Your Information
As a service designed to protect your privacy on the web, iProVPN is committed to protecting your data. We only collect and store the bare minimum information required to make the service available to you. It includes your name, email address, and billing information. Your payment information is not stored.
This information also helps us provide customer support when you reach out to us.
We do not share your data with any third party. At iProVPN, access to data is limited to authorized people only. Because we do not store logs or actively track you, we cannot comply with any external request to share your data.
About This Privacy Policy
iProVPN reserves the right to change its Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice.
You will be notified of any changes via email. No version of the privacy policy for iProVPN’s Firefox extension will be applicable other than the one defined here or on the official iProVPN website.
