いろいろMDコピー (Review For MD, the "Extension") is a Chrome extension that helps users with the following:

  • Extract pull request titles, descriptions, and review comments from GitHub, Azure DevOps (including custom domains), and AWS CodeCommit, and either download them as Markdown files or copy them to the clipboard.
  • Download meeting transcripts (VTT subtitle files) from SharePoint Stream (Teams meeting recording) pages.
  • Extract chat/channel message history (sender, timestamp, body, reactions, attachments) from Microsoft Teams (teams.microsoft.com / teams.live.com / teams.cloud.microsoft) and download it as a Markdown file.

This Extension is designed with maximum respect for user privacy.


Except for a contact form you submit yourself, this Extension does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information.

Specifically:
  • Personal data (name, email, etc.) is received only when you type it into the contact form and submit it; it is never collected any other way
  • No cookies or tracking technologies are used
  • Data is sent to an external server only when you submit the contact form (the sole destination is Kagayoi Support; see "Contact form" below)
  • No analytics tools or advertising SDKs are included
  • No browsing history is accessed


This Extension uses the following browser permissions:


Used to read page content (PR title, body, review comments) from the currently active tab when the user clicks the extension button. Tab content is never accessed without user action.


Used primarily to dynamically inject content scripts into pages that are not statically registered (such as custom-domain Azure DevOps, or AWS CodeCommit reached via in-console navigation) when the user has explicitly granted permission. All actions are initiated from the toolbar popup.


Used to detect page navigation in SPAs (Single Page Applications) in order to re-display the per-row download buttons on PR list pages and to re-initialize the content script at the appropriate time.


Used by the popup's "Copy" action to write the formatted Markdown / VTT text to the user's clipboard. Clipboard writes occur only when the user clicks a button; the clipboard is never read.


Content scripts only operate on the following domains:
  • https://github.com/*
  • https://*.github.com/* (GitHub Enterprise support)
  • https://dev.azure.com/*
  • https://*.visualstudio.com/*
  • https://console.aws.amazon.com/* / https://*.console.aws.amazon.com/* (to read CodeCommit PR review content from the AWS Management Console)
  • https://*.sharepoint.com/* (to fetch VTT transcripts from Teams meeting recording pages)
  • https://teams.microsoft.com/* / https://*.teams.microsoft.com/*
  • https://teams.live.com/*
  • https://teams.cloud.microsoft/* (to fetch Microsoft Teams chat history)
  • https://support.kagayoi.com/* (to verify the contact email, submit inquiries, and receive the submission result; no request is made unless you submit the form)

For custom domains (such as self-hosted Azure DevOps instances), optional_host_permissions is used. The Extension only operates on an origin if the user has explicitly clicked "Allow this site" for that origin. It does not operate on any domain the user has not explicitly approved.


Data accessed by this Extension (PR titles, body, review comments, SharePoint Stream VTT transcripts, and Microsoft Teams chat messages) is processed exclusively as follows:
  • Converted/formatted to Markdown or VTT format in browser memory
  • In response to an explicit user action (button click), one of the following is performed:
  • Copied to the clipboard ("Copy as MD" button)
  • Downloaded as a .md / .vtt file ("Download as MD" / "Download VTT" button)
  • Discarded from memory after processing
  • PR content, transcripts, and chat messages are never transmitted to any external server


The Extension does not persist PR content, transcripts, or chat messages taken from pages:
  • PR content, transcripts, and chat messages are not saved to localStorage
  • No IndexedDB / chrome.storage usage
  • No external server storage (only what you submit through the contact form is stored by Kagayoi Support so it can be answered)

As an exception, the contact authentication session (the access token, email address, and expiry returned by Kagayoi Support) is saved in the extension's localStorage, but only if you use the contact form. It stops working once it expires or the extension is removed, and the verification code itself is never stored.

However, when the user clicks the "Download as MD" or "Download VTT" button, the browser's native download mechanism saves a .md / .vtt file to the user's own Downloads folder. This is an explicit user-initiated save, and the Extension does not access the file after it is saved.


Only when you press "Contact support" in the settings popup and submit the form does the extension send the following to Kagayoi Support (https://support.kagayoi.com). No such request happens unless you press the button.
  • The email address, optional name, inquiry category, subject, and message you entered
  • Product ID, extension version, and locale

On first use, the six-digit code delivered by email is sent to Kagayoi Support to verify you. After verification, Kagayoi Support stores the inquiry and replies so that you and support staff can access them. PR content, transcripts, chat messages, and the content of pages you browse are never sent.


This Extension does not share data taken from pages with any third party. What you submit through the contact form is handled solely by the developer's (Kagayoi) support desk in order to reply to you.


This Extension is available for all ages. Unless you submit the contact form, it collects no personal information from any user.
