Prime charges members for same-day delivery but doesn't refund the fee when they fail to deliver on time. Dime finds those charges and enumerates orders in an report complete with a message composed for the customer service agent.

Prime charges for same-day shipping. This service has a money-back guarantee, but when they fail to deliver on time, they do not automatically refund the extra shipping cost. It's your money. Dime helps you get it back.

Amazon makes it time consuming to ask for a refund for each transaction, and it is easy to forget to contact customer support. Shipping method is obscured and complicated to retroactively sort out which orders were same-day. Dime was created to make this a simple batch operation.

How it works:

Log into Amazon and navigate to your order history
Set the date range in Dime and click Start Scan
Dime navigates through your order history automatically
A report is saved to your Downloads folder when complete
Open the report, review flagged orders, copy the pre-written message into Amazon support chat

Privacy:

All processing is local. No data ever leaves your computer. Reports contain only order numbers, not items, names, addresses, or payment information. Please delete reports when done, especially on a shared computer.

Experience has shown that delivery date data becomes less reliable after 30-60 days. If you are a frequent same-day user, run Dime monthly.
