by Goeroeboeroe, 6 years agoI gave it four stars, because it's working. But it's NOT doing exactly what the developer says it should do.
It disables/enables JavaScript on internet, but not on local files. If you disable JavaScript in about:config, it's also disabled for local files.
It would be really great if you could make it working for local too, but I guess Mozilla makes that impossible.
Even in their own developer tools you can disable JavaScript only until you reload the page.

posted 6 years agoYes, you're right. Now, it's difficult to controll the restriction for JavaScript in local files, using only web extension APIs. I'll implement it if I find a way, thanks.

Only two things I would like.
1. Open to enable/disable the "JS Disabled" banner.
2. In new tabs the button showed the global javascript block state. It shows it on until a site starts to load. - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14366382, 6 years agoWorks very well. Would be that much better if messages and banner could be configured off.
