This policy covers the JustPrepp website, current extension versions including Firefox 0.9.9.3 and Chromium 0.9.7, and legacy Chromium 0.9.3 during the upgrade transition.
The JustPrepp website uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure page visits and aggregate traffic. Website analytics is not included in the extension and does not receive mock scores, Google tokens or spreadsheet contents from JustPrepp.
The website has no user-account system or advertising. Vercel may process ordinary hosting information, including IP addresses and request logs, under its own privacy policy.
On supported completed mock-analysis pages from Oliveboard, Guidely, PracticeMock, Testbook and Smartkeeda, JustPrepp reads relevant page text, tables, headings, titles, URLs and accessible same-origin analysis frames.
Results are extracted locally for review. Page evidence is not automatically uploaded to a JustPrepp server.
After the user confirms a save, selected performance details, including scores, attempts, accuracy, percentile, rank, mock information and notes, are saved to the user's selected Google spreadsheet. Hashed source identifiers and value fingerprints may be stored as import receipts for duplicate protection and save verification. These identifiers are not guaranteed to be anonymous.
The extension also reads relevant spreadsheet structure, rows, formulas and metadata to validate destinations and prevent duplicate or incomplete saves.
Google authentication occurs through Google's authorization process. JustPrepp does not collect Google passwords.
Current versions, including Firefox 0.9.9.3, request the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file permission. This allows access to files created by or explicitly selected and authorized for JustPrepp.
The Google Drive and Sheets APIs process account identity, authorized-file information and spreadsheet operations. Account email and a Google Drive permission identifier are used to bind the connection. An account email may also be provided to Google as a login hint.
Legacy Chromium 0.9.3 installations may retain earlier, broader Google Sheets permissions. Updating the extension does not automatically revoke a previously granted permission. Users can manage grants through their Google account.
JustPrepp stores Google authentication information, account binding, tracker links, preferences, current result drafts, import receipts and pending-save recovery information in extension-local browser storage.
These records are not sent to the JustPrepp website. The extension has no separate JustPrepp upload backend, advertising service or extension analytics SDK.
Firefox 0.9.9.3 does not operate in private browsing windows.
The optional local settings and recovery backup excludes authentication tokens. It does not constitute a complete backup of Google spreadsheets.
Some older or developer builds may offer local result-page evidence exports. The Firefox 0.9.9.3 release does not expose the developer interface. Such reports are not uploaded automatically.
Signing out removes stored authentication but retains tracker links, settings and recovery records. Signing out does not delete spreadsheet rows or revoke Google's authorization.
Users can revoke JustPrepp's Google access through their Google account's third-party connections.
Uninstalling JustPrepp removes extension-local storage but does not delete Google spreadsheets or results stored there. Spreadsheet deletion and sharing remain under the user's control in Google Drive.
Mock-test platforms and Google services operate under their respective privacy policies. JustPrepp does not control their independent collection or processing of information.
