- Voice recordings and transcriptions are stored locally to allow you to access your past recordings and transcriptions.
- If you choose to use the OpenAI transcription feature, your voice recordings will be sent to OpenAI for transcription using the API key you provide.
- The OpenAI API key is used to authenticate requests to OpenAI's services for transcription.

## 4. Data Sharing

- Your stored data (recordings, transcriptions, and API key) is not shared with the extension's author or any third parties.
