by nandhp, 7 years agoThanks for making this add-on! This is the only "URL in titlebar" extension that doesn't affect the title of the tab. I wish the extension could put the URL at the end of the window title, instead of the beginning. Unfortunately, while Mozilla provides a titlePreface property, there does not seem to be an analogous property for a suffix. Is there a bug filed to request this capability for WebExtensions?
I would like to suggest the developer implement a workaround for a bug in Firefox ( https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1402399 ) that prevents the titlebar URL from being updated when switching to a blank tab. This causes the URL of another tab remains visible indefinitely. The bug can be worked around by setting the titlePreface to a single space (' ') instead of an empty string ('').
Thanks again! This makes KeepassXC usable again.

Developer response
posted 7 years agoUnfortunatly, there is no way to put it at the end of the title.
I have replaced the empty string with a single space, so now it should be ok :)
