by ianjsikes, 7 years agoConnected to KeypassXC quickly with no trouble. Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Great replacement for the LastPass addon.

posted 6 years agoHi, I used a translation service to read your comment, so there may be some misunderstanding. The reason Keywi uses a password for Secure Storage is explained in more detail here https://github.com/LEDfan/keywi#usage and here (with some tips to make it easier) https://github.com/LEDfan/keywi/issues/106 . Note that there is an option in the addon preferences so that Keywi won't ask your password every time at the startup of firefox, but only when using Keywi to fill in a password.
If you have any further issues or questions, please open an issue here (in English please :) ): https://github.com/LEDfan/keywi/issues/new- Rated 5 out of 5by Serge, 6 years ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13493119, 7 years agoBest KeePass add on by far! Better than PassIFox by a long shot. I don't need all those extra features that PassIFox has and I like that this extension doesn't force you to connect to KeePass after every boot. You can disable auto connect in the settings. I also like the fact that you have to right click and add username and pass because sometimes you may not want to log in.
It works for my Mac and PC on the latest Firefox. I'm using KeePassXC for Mac and KeePass for PC.
Again, best extension for KeePass I've used. Love the minimal design. Definitely recommended! - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13419314, 7 years ago
- Rated 2 out of 5by skyynet, 7 years agoI don't know if this is not covered by the add-on but after having installed MacPass 0.7 and having added the MacPassHTTP plugin 0.2.1 I can't get it to work. I unlock MacPass and click on e.g. "Associate with Keypass" on the add-on's settings page and get the message "Can't associate with your keypass database".

It actually made me switch from Chrome to Firefox. - Rated 4 out of 5by Barry McDickiner, 7 years agoI'm using this while Keefox migrates to webextensions. No complaints, but hope to see more features like Keefox. Maybe a drop down menu for the toolbar? Kudos to the dev for getting this done so fast.
