Smart picture hiding now shows most small pictures with no one in them (search-result thumbnails, logos, products) instead of covering every picture under 128 pixels. Small pictures are searched harder for people: anything that might be a person keeps a picture covered, so small photos of women stay covered (in testing, fewer were shown than before) and some small photos of men are covered too. Very wide banners stay covered.

Protection levels: Basic, Kosher and Mehadrin, one tap in the popup or in Settings → General (for the parent's own profile; children keep their age settings). New installs start in Basic: safe search, ads blocked (on YouTube too), explicit words blurred and gambling sites blocked. Kosher adds: pictures of women covered, YouTube Restricted Mode and no Shorts. Mehadrin adds: only YouTube channels you approve, social networks blocked and explicit words hidden. When approved-channels mode closes a YouTube video, a parent can now approve its channel right there with the password, and the video plays. The word filter's built-in list is larger, a page whose title is a sexual topic (such as an encyclopedia article) closes completely, and adults get a list of explicit words of their own. Children's profiles get illustrated avatars, and a child's downtime, time's-up and home pages get friendly pictures. After a parent adds time, the child goes back to the site they were on. New child profiles block ads too.

Approved-channels mode on YouTube works again while the image hider is on (it was silently off), checks every video you reach inside YouTube, and now also checks YouTube videos embedded in other sites: add a channel by its @handle and by its youtube.com/channel/UC… address. Hebrew handles now match. In "allowed sites only" mode (the 4–8 profile), Google and DuckDuckGo searches no longer open, a page inside another page is closed too unless a listed site shows it, and Shorts and Restricted Mode hold even with youtube.com on the list. A search engine you blocked stays blocked, adult sites are blocked inside other pages too, and while time is up, in downtime or at "Who's browsing?" nothing opens inside a page either. Smart mode follows stricter, measured rules (about 16% fewer pictures released; a click still reveals any of them when you allow it), counts people next to bicycles or toys, keeps animated pictures, SVG drawings and webcam streams covered, covers pictures inside web components and in frames a page writes itself, re-checks a video after you seek, and can now check http:// pictures. Only a real click or tap reveals a picture. Every Bing Images and Videos page is forced to Strict. When time runs out or downtime starts, open tabs go straight to that page; with more than one profile, one pick sends every tab back to its own page. During downtime the page and its tab say so ("Downtime until 07:00") and that every site is closed, not just the one you tried. The toolbar shows a moon during downtime, the pages a child sees speak to the child, and the popup fills the screen on every Android phone.

Smart mode now uncovers responsive pictures on phones and high-resolution screens (they used to stay covered). Page effects drawn on a transparent canvas (like Google's paw prints on a "cat" search) no longer grey out the whole page. The popup fills the screen on Firefox for Android.

DuckDuckGo SafeSearch is now enforced (earlier versions turned it off by mistake). Profile photos and other small pictures are now covered; in Smart mode a picture too small to judge stays covered. Smart mode uncovers images on pages you revisit much faster, also after a browser restart: it remembers what it found, on your device only (never the images or their addresses), and "Forget checked images" on the Images tab erases it. The daily time limit now counts on Firefox for Android, and the settings page fits a phone screen. A schedule window that crosses midnight now belongs to the day it starts on, so check overnight windows after updating. Sites on the allowed list are now exceptions to the categories: if a profile has sites there while whitelist mode is off, they now open even when their category is blocked. In private windows the Smart image hider keeps nothing. Entries with wildcards, Hebrew names or ports no longer stop other settings from applying. Text fixes.

New in 1.5.1
- Torah sites for children: Chabad Kids, Meir Kids, Nitzotzot, Pnei Melech, Malkali, Bagan shel Dudu, Th770, My Maor, Hidabroot Kids and Kikar Kids are open and on the kids' home screen in children's profiles.
- Built-in word list for children: the word filter can hide posts with common words that are not for kids (on in children's profiles; the list is never displayed).

New: Smart image hider (on-device AI)
- Every image starts covered; open-source models bundled in the add-on release only images that clearly show no one you chose to cover (women, men or both). Video frames are checked while they play. Nothing is uploaded.
- Cover styles: blur, mosaic, black, white or a colour, with a strength slider and live preview.
- Optional click-to-reveal (off in children's profiles).

New: Music filter
- Mutes videos and audio while music plays and unmutes when it ends; speech, lectures and prayer stay. Made for Sefirat HaOmer and the Three Weeks. Shofar and chant are never treated as music; a cappella only if you choose.

- Word filter: hide or blur articles and posts that mention words on your list (Hebrew-aware).
- Toolbar badge with minutes left for a child; a reload banner on tabs that were open during an update.
- Kids' home screen, Jewish sites and approved-channels YouTube for ages 4-8, and fixes that close sibling-profile switching.

- Articles, posts and paragraphs that mention a name or topic on your list are hidden or blurred, without blocking the whole site. Works on infinite-scroll feeds. Hebrew prefixes and plurals are caught. Runs only on your device.

Image hider
- Everything visual now starts blurred, including background-image thumbnails and canvas. Fixed: lazy-loaded photos could appear unblurred after their placeholder loaded.

Family profiles
- Kids' home screen with big tiles for the sites a young child may open.
- Ages 4-8 now start with Chabad.org, Hidabroot and Tzivos Hashem, and YouTube plays only channels you approve.
- A child whose time is up can no longer switch to a sibling's profile.
- YouTube approved-channels mode now also covers embeds, live pages and previews.

Family profiles and screen time:
- A profile for each child with filters for their age (4-8 approved kids' sites only, 9-12, or 13-17).
- Daily browsing limit and downtime hours. When time runs out, a parent can add 15, 30 or 60 minutes with the password.
- "Who's browsing?" screen when the browser starts, with an optional 4-digit code per child.
