- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 12881776, 4 years agoLastpass has been my password manager for a decade at least and I trust it, and continue to use it. However I have now found that the browser plugin for Firefox reduces performance of the browser by 50%. You can check for yourself by running a benchmark like the Speedometer2.0 suite (see the URL below). Run it with and without the plugin enabled and judge for yourself. If this is fixed I will update the review.

I copied this review from another disgruntled user as I've had the same issue for years. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14868759, 4 years ago

- Rated 2 out of 5by Colin , 4 years agoFeature wise, it is a robust tool. I started using BitWarden after LastPass required a paid subscription for using the service with both mobile and computer use. Bitwarden is also open source, self hosting option, and premium features are $10/yr.

- Rated 1 out of 5by John, 4 years agoOverall support doesn't exist. This program Like many of the newer ones expect you to be a beta tester.
They publish with many errors and when you try to connect to support they give you a a lot of pages to try. If you are like me, and not an IT person, a lot of it doesn't make sense. If I have a problem I want to either talk or chat with someone who can help me. NOT someone who will give me a list of pages to read so I can discover what their problem is.
I'll be uninstalling this as soon as I can get all my passwords sorted out.
If you lost your email password Lastpass will send a link to your email so you can reset it.
If I could read my email I wouldn't have contacted LastPass to reset the password.
I know there have to be better password programs available I just have to find one.
Sometimes when I change passwords it doesn't update them correctly or doesn't update them at all. If you update a password make sure you also update it in LastPass.
I would recommend anyone who uses LastPass keep printed list of all your passwords available because you will need it regularly. - Rated 4 out of 5by Lucas, 4 years agoHey guys, I love this extension, are you planning on creating a shortcut to open it?
Like the one in Chrome (Ctrl+Shift+X).
That would be amazing!
