- Rated 1 out of 5by David, 2 years agoThe Lastpass password manager function appears to work fine, but with each update certain configuration changes do not persist with updates. For example, Firefox automatically updated Lastpass extension to 4.116.0.2. The "Log out after this many minutes of inactivity" setting was cleared and I was persistently logged in. This was previously set to 1 minute. This has not been the first time a Lastpass update has cleared this setting parameter. I would be cautious using this tool as this is a very large security issue.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17927371, 2 years agoThe LastPass Firefox revised "Search Your Vault" function is agonizingly slow, when it works. Why the change for the worse!?!

- Rated 1 out of 5by Kevin, 2 years agoThe LastPass browser extensions (FireFox and Chrome) worked well until about six months ago. Since then it's been awful. Asking me if I want to save a password every time an asynchronous action happens on a web site/application, or not offering to fill in usernames or passwords, or suggesting that I "launch" the page I'm already on, and then not filling that one in either. Sometimes it won't find a password for the site I'm on, even though nothing has changed in years. Kind of useless.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Cpt Jerkface, 2 years agoRecovery options don't work after losing my master password. Even support couldn't figure out why as they were properly set up and, as they said several times, they couldn't see any errors from their side. Oh well, I probably needed to reset every one of my passwords anyway.

- Rated 1 out of 5by TechnologyCompanion, 2 years agoHeaven forbid if you go to the hospital for an extended period and forget your master password. You may as well find another product to use.
Dealing with their support was by far the worst experience I've ever had with any support ever.
Take your business elsewhere. It's only a matter of time before these guys get compromised anyway. - Rated 1 out of 5by Chris R, 2 years agoUsed to be an excellent add-on, but quality has massively deteriorated over the last year.
Can no longer log into the extension after restarting Firefox for ANY reason, requiring a reinstall of the extension.
Have tried all suggestions from lastpass support, NOTHING WORKS to resolve this MAJOR ISSUE. - Rated 1 out of 5by Rotwang, 2 years agoI've been a long time user of LastPass but it is unusable in Firefox now. Recently, it has got slower and slower, especially opening the vault, however today all the secure notes are blank. They still work in Chrome but I prefer to stick with Firefox, so I will start looking at alternatives.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17907361, 2 years agoThe company I work for requires that I use this password manager but otherwise it would be the last password manager I'd ever use. I hate it with a vengeance.
Whenever you log in somewhere, a popup will appear in the upper right corner offering to remember your password. So far, so good; hence the one star of this review.
But if you don't WANT LastPass to remember your password (hey, their security has been sorely lacking in the past; I don't trust them any more than I can throw 'em -- and I have a trick knee), then ignoring that popup isn't going to be enough: it'll stay there until you explicitly tell it to go away. Take a hint, friggin' plugin!
Bad security + bad behavior = 1 star - Rated 1 out of 5by jbesclapez, 2 years agoOn Firefox v112.0.2 The addon is not showing the icon in the toolbar. I tried to reset Firefox and uninstalled all other addons. I reinstalled few times LastPass addon and still not working.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Jimmy Bazooka, 2 years agoStupid idiots broke it again: requires entering the password after every restart. This has already happened several times in the past. How hard can it be to not break it every f*** time?
- Rated 1 out of 5by bhallnerd, 2 years agoThis might sound like a cool deal "Free" but it is a back door into the Black Web
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17886112, 2 years agoAfter the "security event" aka they were hacked the response has been very bad. I only waited out mu subscription and have now moved on to a better company.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Storm, 2 years agoThis worked perfectly until some months ago, then it started not filtering the correct website for the pwd, not appearing when necessary, and so on. in its current state it is become unusable
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 15191345, 2 years agoSince they were hacked in December, this has been a train wreck. I can not explain my obscene exasperation without cursing.
Once you centralize your passwords with someone else you lose all control and there is no ... no customer support except the faq's! I did all three of the password resets but none of the answers applied. Why? Why?
Because I was using the correct password the entire time. I had to uninstall and reinstall the password manager.
OH, did I mention they change the way it looks and operates periodically? That's always pleasant I assure you.
When you sign into thier authenticator it changes your device from your computer to you moble. To turn it back.... I'm screaming in fury over this ARRRRRRRRG.
Thank God I figured it out on my LAST ATTEMPT. The FAQs didn't apply, and there is ZERO customer support. Did I mention that?
I will down load my passwords and fire them right away. - Rated 1 out of 5by Paul, 2 years agoI don't understand anything that is going on -- am completely confused with all these shouting graphics and could use some calm. easier to follow instructions.
