Lemondrop Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 7, 2025
Lemondrop is a browser extension that helps users save BTC while transacting on Solana. We care about your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
🔐 What We Collect
Lemondrop does not collect any personal information such as your name, email, or browsing history.
We only store:Your extension settings (e.g., roundup amount, BTC token type)
Your Solana wallet address (in memory only, not persisted or transmitted)
Onchain transaction metadata (swap type, token, timestamp) for Lemondrop roundup transactions only
These are stored locally in your browser using chrome.storage.sync and never shared with third parties.
🔁 What We Send
Lemondrop may:Store logs for roundup txs (e.g., tx hash, token type, rounding amount) for analytics and reliability. Note that these logs are only for Lemondrop txs, not your other txs.
Include a small platform fee (1%) in your roundup transactions, which goes to a fixed onchain account
This is onchain and transparent. We do not collect payment info or sensitive identifiers. We also do not collect any information related to user-generated transactions; we only log Lemondrop roundup transactions.
⚙️ Third-party APIs
We interact with the following services:Jupiter Aggregator API for generating swap transactions
Solana RPCs for transaction broadcasting
Atomiq Exchange for swaps to L1 BTC (only on the web app and not on the extension)
These third-party services may have their own privacy policies.
