Use my toolbar to switch between 'light/dark' color schemes

Click on my toolbar icon to open the menu, select the color scheme and filter
When you switch to one of the color schemes or filters, I will:

• Switch page colors for you
• Remember the color scheme and filter you have chosen for this domain name

When you open a new tab with the same primary domain name, I will:

• Switch the page to the color scheme and filters you used last time
