- Rated 5 out of 5by Ziva, 8 years agoThe user interface was immediately obvious (to me), but once learned it is easy and simple to use. I forestalled "upgrading" to v57 because "Location Guard" wasn't available when I went to update. Not a problem for me. I would rather use it.
The options to obscurifate your location, if you want to sort of present your actual location is great. - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13563684, 8 years agoIs there an option to make the fake geo-location match the IP address location? Some website marks your ip address if both locations are too far off.
Developer response
posted 8 years agoNot automatically, but you can use the "Fixed Location" mode, and set it to any location in your country in the options page.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 12312529, 8 years agoIt doesn't work on 57.0.1 but I can't see an advise on this regard. I can't even see the icon anywhere. Demo seems to work but obviously is a fake demo not a real one.
Developer response
posted 8 years agoHello and thanks for your report.
The extension should work on 57.0.1. The icon appears _only_ when a page asks for your location. Try this demo:

If you don't see an icon after opening the above page, please report the bug here:

Thanks!
