- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 12360030, 4 years agoIt's a great add-on. But it will be better if you can specify the folder to download.
(I want to download directly to a folder directly under Obsidian)Developer response
posted 3 years agoI really, really wish I could build this feature. It would be so useful, I agree!
Unfortunately, it's a security thing that developers aren't able to do anything like that... - Rated 5 out of 5by Freyquency, 4 years ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by pnhan, 4 years agoGreat, before this addon I mainly copied the content of the article and had to edit many things.
Hopefully it will grow further, for example, integrated into the sidebar so that it can be more convenient to edit.
Thanks. - Rated 5 out of 5by Theo Osborn, 4 years ago

- Rated 4 out of 5by Максим, 4 years agoIts size is suspicious 8.32 MB, while other similar extensions range in kilobytes. Also it doesn't have an open license.
Developer response
posted 4 years agoThe source is available on github for you to inspect. I don't collect any information at all, it's all local (but I guess that's what an actual bad actor would say also). The size is just because I haven't really optimised anything (I guess I should at least minify as part of my build process).
It's got an Apache license inherited from the previous extension I forked from, and honestly it's just something I haven't paid attention to. I'm open to making it more permissible. - Rated 5 out of 5by Starise, 5 years ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Sirmontegu, 5 years agoExcellent add-on for bookmarking specific pages while making notes about them. I manage my life in Markdown files (notes/todos/etc). I use this to quickly grab any page I might want to come back to later. It grabs the entire content for most sites, so the entire text is searchable from my file system. The front/back-matter features are also super helpful for adding meta-data.
