This is fantastic! It makes mealie actually worth using. As others have said, it would be nice to have the option of a notification that the recipe was successfully added to mealie (although making that notification optional may be desirable). Also, I would request a button in the extension toolbar to allow for sing-click additions of recipes. Great work and thank you so much!

Simple and works great. The only improvement could be some sort of confirmation after you click the add to Mealie.
