Meeting Auto Join(No Mic-Cam) by Samiul Haque Bondhon

What it does: Schedule a Zoom or Google Meet link; at the scheduled time the extension opens the meeting, auto-fills your name, mutes your microphone, turns off your camera, and clicks Join/Ask to join.
Platforms: Firefox and Chromium-based browsers (install as an extension).
Privacy: Stores only userName, zoomLink, and joinTime locally via chrome.storage.local. No telemetry or external data collection.
Permissions: alarms, tabs, storage and host access to *.zoom.us and meet.google.com.
Quick setup: Click the toolbar icon → enter your name, meeting link and local join time → Schedule. A countdown shows time remaining.
