Select one DOCX or PDF up to 2 MiB in the extension. Inspection and cleaning upload that file to Myworkingmemory. You must confirm the ordinary-document boundary before upload. Review the inspection before cleaning. Accepting tracked changes or removing hidden text or custom XML requires separate confirmation.

The extension does not read your browsing history or other open pages. Your access key stays in your Firefox browser session. Files and reports are not saved in extension storage.

Cleaned-copy links expire ten minutes after creation and allow at most five downloads. Anyone holding a link can use it during that period. Link expiry is separate from physical cleanup.

Visible information, form answers and embedded-image metadata may remain. Metadata Cleaner does not redact or anonymize a document and does not promise complete metadata removal. Unsupported, encrypted, malformed, oversized or incompletely verified files do not produce a claimed cleaned copy.

Use only ordinary documents that exclude personal health records, payment-card or security details, government-ID numbers, passwords, API keys and other authentication secrets. This is a user confirmation, not automatic detection.
