Requirements
A local TTS server must be running at http://127.0.0.1:8000 and accepting POST requests to /text/ with a JSON body of { "text": "...", "speed": "1.0" }, returning audio as a WAV file.

This extension does not collect, transmit, or store any user data. Text is sent exclusively to your local machine.
