Morning Masterpiece – New Tab by Morning Masterpiece

Morning Masterpiece turns every new tab into a quiet gallery wall.

Each morning a new public-domain artwork appears full-screen, together with a short original story inspired by it. AI agents pick the artworks from museums' open-access collections, and AI writes the stories. Open a tab, look at a painting, read a few lines, and if you'd like more, read the whole story on morningmasterpiece.com.

WHAT YOU SEE
• Today's artwork, edge to edge, with its title, artist, date and museum
• The title and opening lines of today's story, with a link to read the rest
• "Whole painting" (press F) shows the entire canvas without cropping; "Fill screen" switches back
• "Hide details" (press H) leaves just the art
• Light and dark appearance that follows your system setting

FAST AND PRIVATE
• Opens instantly from a copy of today's artwork saved on your device, then quietly checks for a new one
• Keeps working offline with the last artwork it saved
• Talks only to morningmasterpiece.com: no analytics, no tracking, no ads, no third-party code
• Collects no personal data

ACCESSIBLE
• Full keyboard support with visible focus
• Descriptive alt text for every artwork
• Respects your reduced-motion setting
