- Rated 5 out of 5by ForgottenUmbrella, 7 years agoReal handy to compartmentalise your different accounts and limit the all-tracking eyes of certain corporations

- Rated 5 out of 5by SoS, 7 years agoGreat for separating work , personal and social media stuff in different containers.
I have a different container with personal accounts and also a work container where I don't get signed in with my personal accounts. Very useful. - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14255874, 7 years agoA great ad-on to separate my shopping from my research or banking browsing. I sometimes forget to switch to the right profile - and it's (for obvious reasons) not possible to switch an open tab from one container to another. So the missing 5th star is more to do with my own discipline than with the add-on...

- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13569295, 7 years agoI know it separates cookies into containers because my login for LastPass doesn't carry over. Points for provability. I only wish there were keyboard shortcuts to open containers in new tabs/windows.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14225755, 7 years agoIt takes a bit of time to get used to, but this feels like the next step in personal protection. I have a container called "bullsh!t" in which I do all my random browsing like on Reddit, another for Google accounts, another for personal email (non-google) and banking, and that feels good.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13114579, 7 years agoExcellent for Work vs Personal Use. History stays all together, but cookies, authorizations, and 2FA use is separated among containers.
Ie. using say, MailChimp in a Work Container with 2Factor - once logged in, that container alone keeps those cookies, so if you attempt to access it via the incorrect (or alternative) container, you must go through 2FA again. This alone tells me nearly everything has been thought of.
Can also separately use multiple Google Accounts, and the Google Data (history, location, preferences, etc.), are kept within each respective container.
I'd go on, but you get the idea. Takes a bit of customization and a short learning curve to get used to, but a highly useful extension if you toggle between Work & Personal accounts, or just have varying needs and multiple logins.
Dramatically reduces memory! (Rather than having say, Firefox & Private Mode open - thus, 2 browsers, doubled extensions, etc.), all of this takes place natively within 1 browser.
Love it!! - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14251751, 7 years agoGreat for separating all my different accounts - wish the container types could be synced across multiple browsers with your firefox accounts though

- Rated 4 out of 5by Samuel, 7 years agoit's great!
but when i us it. can't upload video to bilibili.com.
no problem on Youtube. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14249492, 7 years agoNunca me había animado a usarla anteriormente, pero ya tenía muchas pestañas abiertas referentes a diferentes temas de mi trabajo y decidí probarla. Está muy práctica para agrupar las pestañas y saber a qué pertenece cada una entre tantas pestañas, facilita la búsqueda
- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 14249225, 7 years agoThere is no option to multi login on same contanier, like 1 gmail account to personal and another for work...
It's a very nice idea of thw extension, but is missing a few useful functions that you can only have on google chrome like this one I said.
Another thing is that even if you add any adress to your container and when you try to open it with your saved favorites adresses, you will have to save again site bye site to when you open it form your favorite bookmarks, it load on the exactly container that you want, otherwise it never open on the correct tab that you configured. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13152563, 7 years agoGreat idea!
It allows me to share my browser between my job and my personal life, and to use some "privacyless" services as YouTube in a sandbox, so when I need to use Google Maps for example, I am not logged in, and it's great! - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14246341, 7 years agoThe idea is nice for added security and privacy. I would like to see options for only allowing or disallowing certain domains in the current container, managing container settings and data, such as cookies and clearing the data and allowing to move all tabs of the allowed domain to the current container.
