- Rated 4 out of 5by rawat, 7 years agoBug: in my ff options there is a message "An extension, Firefox Multi-Account Containers, requires Container Tabs", how to remove that?
I don't understand what and how this is working, but installing this extension is a great relief. Thanks. - Rated 4 out of 5by charlesbonneau, 7 years agoGreat tool !!!
But : no keyboard shortcuts (Linux), default container configuration is sometime lost, no synchronisation between Firefox instance. - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13784973, 7 years agoI cannot live without these. I help improve avoiding tracking for by separating groups of tabs, such as financial stuff, work stuff, email, mapping software, searches, travel, etc. This is awesome!!!
Would like to ask for a few things ...
-Default container tab
-Easier access to a container tab. Right now it is great, but I think it needs a better way to implement on a regular basis.
-Can container tabs be part of the bookmark metadata? Currently the metada for a bookmark has Name, Location, Tags, Keywork. Perhaps assign a Container Tab?
-Can a folder have a Container Tab assigned to all its children bookmarks?
-Synchronisation of container tabs through firefox synch account.
-when using Firefox VPN, have an exception for a container tab to not use Firefox VPN, so that this container tab can use my work VPN.
Regardless of all these wants, I love this feature!!!!!
I love it!!!!!!! - Rated 4 out of 5by Илья, 7 years agoНа Android устанавливается, но не работает. В остальном замечательное расширение.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Aleksei, 7 years agoVery intuitive, easy to use.
Export/import of all settings would make this perfect. - Rated 4 out of 5by Lirchfein, 7 years agoMy favorite extension possibly ever. I just wish they made containers sync across devices so I don't have to set everything up from scratch each time.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14107711, 7 years agoThis is highly useful for maintaining separate identities for separate sites. I used it to isolate certain social media sites from my general browsing.
With a little expansion of functionality it could be a major solution for web privacy as a whole - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14522066, 7 years agoThis extension has made me move all my browsing to Firefox, it's like having multiple profiles in a single window.
For work I use it to login to separate AWS accounts. It's the same for separate gsuite.
Also, it allows me to silo some tracking sites (dedicated containers for Facebook and Google).
I already have 11 containers and there are only 8 differentiating colors which is limiting and confusing. Using some pattern for the tabs (dashed green, dotted green, etc) would increase a lot the combinations. - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14522613, 7 years agoIn Spain there are urls that have accents like those of Linkedin, which have names and surnames. If I try to open them with another container I get an error because of the accent.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14511270, 7 years agoI have grown to like this feature and have found it useful for compartmentalizing my online life. However, I would like it if I could pick and choose custom container colors.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Matt, 7 years agoWorks great for the most part, Slightly annoying when it keeps asking you to verify you want tabs to always open in this container after selecting it multiple times.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14497344, 7 years agoAllows my browsing experience to be customizable. Intuitive interface.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14123879, 7 years agoGenius idea. I love being able to put social network sites in their place (!) / in to their own box, keep shopping sites separate from everything else - plus this add-on comes with even more cool features... It hands some power back to us users. And while it is very good already in what it does (worthy of 5 stars), how it is used can be improved with a few tweaks - therefore 4 stars. Still, this is an add-on I don't want to be without. Ever again.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14489356, 7 years ago¡Excelente!
- Rated 4 out of 5by Hammarstrand, 7 years ago

- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14470029, 7 years agoIt's awesome but has some minor issues.
- It sometimes forgets webpages that should always go into a certain container
- I can't seem to sync container settings across devices, although it would be nice - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14469218, 7 years ago
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14425905, 7 years agoLove it! Just wish that it would sync across computers
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14278053, 7 years agoIf you have a Google container, sites opened from search results page end up in the Google container too.
Why does this happen?
Why can't outbound clicks redirect to a default container or no container?
How does one fix this? - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13946877, 7 years agoExcellent add-on. What's missing IMO for 5 stars is a way to sync this containers (names, colors) between to devices! (i.e. a desktop and notebook)
If that feature exists it's not very clear how to use it. - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14450442, 7 years ago
