- Rated 4 out of 5by sigu, 7 years agoWhen I first heard about this I thought of how I would sandbox facebook from accessing my other data. Worked perfectly well.
I would have given it a 5 star if there was a way to remember the settings. Maybe an integration with firefox sync - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 5619468, 7 years agoThis is really just great. I made myself a workaround which started different instances of firefox/chromium, just to separate my web identities and have the convenience of being logged-in automatically. That's obsolete now. Really, really cool idea and a huge step forward.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Doc, 7 years agoPlease add Cloud Sync of the Containers! Hate to add them each time
- Rated 5 out of 5by Karma, 7 years agoMakes life so much easier for those of us who have multiple accounts. It's ideal for people who have personal and work accounts that you would like to keep separate without logging in / out all the time.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13912987, 7 years agoRevision 2:
Is it really necessary to require the history setting to be "Firefox will remember history"? Why not drop that requirement and use the container idea as part of individual tabs in Firefox? Allow a setting that will "containerize" each individual tab.
Revision 1:
Containers now work after turning setting options/privacy & security/ history to "Firefox will remember history." Review will remain at 1 star - now I have to manually handle history and cookies. I'm not sure containers are worth this inconvenience.
Original Review:
Completely non-functional, counter intuitive, worthless and useless. Total gibberrish for user instructions. NUTS!!!!!!! really wish I could use this - but ........ I'll just have to rely on closing and restarting Firefox after using some google product or facebook. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 12645516, 7 years agoAfter watching a short video on setting up the Multi-Account Containers was up and running in no time. Pinned multi-account tabs open automatically when using Tab Session Manager. No problems whatsoever.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Monika, 7 years agoOnly learned about it shortly, have been using it for a few days and love it. I now use containers for pretty much everything, it's super useful and really simple to use.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13911428, 7 years agoI've just created separate container for social media, separate for financial sites, separate for searching for flight tickets, work, private things, etc. Can be logged into Gmail with work and private account on 2 separate tabs and none of the account will be aware of the second one. I have bigger control over what informations can be tracked
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13911129, 7 years agoThis is a great extension. Perfect for having separate tabs/sessions for personal/business work. And I love the flexibility of having all tabs in a single window, or separate. It was the last thing that kept me using the other well known browser, but now Firefox is my default again.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 12122868, 7 years agoSuggestion:
Currently:
When you open a link in "Tab 1 - Container A" that is set to open in Container B, the link opens in "Tab 2 - Container B).
Improvement(?):
I think it would be better if the link opened in "Tab A - Container B". Meaning that (Tab 1 - Container A) changes to (Tab 1 - Container B)
Second Suggestion: Fix to a bug? = sometimes when I open a link that opens in a new container, 2 tabs open instead of 1 - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13910721, 7 years agoI like the overall idea, but the performance is not good. Tabs are noticeably slower and jerky with this add-on enabled. I'm disabling it for now.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Abdul-Jabbar Bozdar, 7 years agoI would say Multi-Account Containers is a life saving plugin. In addition to many good advert blockers, this plugin isolates all of the activities of certain website(s) into a single box, and do not let them communicate with each other. Great Fox Team, Cheers!
