The browser plugin store a small (per session) cache of results in your browser cache (this is only to speed things up for you).
Each time the add-on detects an pattern that it is coded to detect it sends an request to our AWS Lambda endpoint. The payload only contain the URI that you ask about and we send a small result back to your browser with the category and severity of the site (if there is any)
We dont capture, nor keep any information from the lambda serverless applications since logging of ten of tousands requests per second would kill our slim budget and we have no use for that information.
We dont log and persist anything for the ordinary user, moderators and adminstrators of the service has an CoC and have to sign a contract and all alterations to the DB by Moderators and Adminstrators are logged separatly (and they connect to another end point and have a heavier client)
The add-on is silent, it does not set any cookies, it not detecteble by the sites you visit since the call out to the backend is done in the background.
