In short, this extension is designed to be running exclusively within your browser and should not transmit any data over the network. Any transmission is considered a bug if not a security hazard.

However when generated password is being copy-and-pasted around, it's written into your system's clipboard. It's possible that another application on your system may eavesdrop the clipboard and learn this password.

While a password is generated (the result box is shown), you may use the right-click context menu on a password field, to request the password be filled without copying. This may enhance some security, but some malicious script on this website might still learn that.
