Prevents youtube player from loading when multiple Youtube tabs are open, please fix

Inconsistent

After install, the only way to access it is through the extensions menu in inside settings. I've tried to reset the extension, restarting the browser and all that and I can't get it to open. I have no idea how I'm actually supposed to use this extension.
