• Windows 10 Pro x64, ver. 1803
• Firefox 60.0.1 (64-bit) - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 12288856, 7 years agoDoes not work with 59.0.3 -- my homepage is a local HTM file (with all my useful links), and when I add a new tab this add-on simply creates a blank page.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14052263, 7 years agoUnfortunately, it doesn't work. I have a local page as my home page and I'm guessing that it simply doesn't work with local pages. It would be great if the "developer" had included that information in his description. But in this day and age, that type of consideration and attention to detail is just too much to ask.

- Rated 1 out of 5by ashleedawg, 7 years agoIndeed it loads my home page when I create a new tab, but it also place the cursor at the beginning of the address bar URL making is awkward to open a new tab and paste a URL, which is my reasons for needing a new tab 50% of the time. Yes, the developer is AWARE of this issue but there are various solutions (like this https://github.com/cadeyrn/newtaboverride/blob/master/src/js/core/newtab.js#L81 ) that would solve the issue (not to mention, no other "new tab" add-ins have this issue.)

- Rated 4 out of 5by DRiv, 7 years agoWhy would this add on need permission to Access your data for all websites? Which can read the content of any web page you visit as well as data you enter into those web pages, such as usernames and passwords. There's other add ons that do more but does not need this permission but ill give you the benefit of the doubt. Please explain

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13872538, 7 years agoLocal page still does not work. FF: 59.0.1 x64, NTH: 0.6.2 URL: file:///C:/start.html. When testing remote files, it works. NTH has not worked for me for local files for any version of Quantum (FFv57). When it worked (before FFv57) it was wonderful.
