Nexus Browser reads page information locally when you invoke it or enable optional Auto-follow on supported sites.

Account connection stores a per-device authentication token in the extension’s local storage. Saving, sharing and connected services send the selected links, text or other information needed for your requested action to NexusHub.

When you request an AI answer or summary, relevant page text and your question are sent to NexusHub and may be processed by OpenAI.

The extension sends feature usage events, browser identification and extension version to NexusHub. These events do not include page addresses or page content.

Cookies displayed by the cookie viewer remain local and are not uploaded to NexusHub. Site access and cookie permissions are requested explicitly and can be revoked through Firefox.
