    Convert to webextension for compatibility with Firefox 57.

    Please note the webextension does not offer any functional improvements but in fact limits functionality, see issue on GitHub, so unless someone forces you to use Firefox 57: Don't!

    P.S. This will likely be the last version of Nicer Media Pages as I'm done with Firefox...
