posted 5 years agosadly I can't, for now themes made with firefox color can only color the top panel.
Right now to apply colors to the new page tab you have to edit userContent.css as you can read here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1249738

I'm looking into it and see what I can do, the theme you mention was not made with Firefox Color but I'll try to implement the changes by hand
