The popup used to show a single line at the bottom when it could
not reach Noden, which was easy to miss and led nowhere for
anyone who had not installed the app yet.

It now shows a panel in the middle of the popup that tells the
two cases apart. With no native host registered, Noden is not
installed and the panel links to the download page. With the host
present but the app closed, the panel offers to open Noden.

No new permissions.

Fixed: on pages without a <form> element, the suggestion menu
treated every text input as a username field whenever the page
contained a password input anywhere. The field is now matched
by adjacency: a text input is treated as a username only when
the next relevant input in document order is a password field.

No new permissions, no change to the native messaging protocol.

New: on a signup form, Noden offers a strong password. One click fills it and the
password goes into your vault when you submit the form, so a generated password is
never lost.

Changed: "Submit after filling" is now on by default. Filling a form and then
waiting for you to press the button was half a job.

Fixed: the save prompt never appeared on sites whose login box is not a <form>
element, which is most modern sign-in dialogs.

New: the arrow button next to an entry now opens the site and fills the form,
instead of only opening the tab. It waits for the login fields to appear, so
pages that draw their form with JavaScript work too.

New: creating an entry for the current site keeps the full page address, so
the arrow button takes you to the login page rather than the home page.

Fixed: on a two step login the verification code is requested fresh when the
second screen appears, instead of being filled too early with a code that has
expired.

Fixed: the entry list under a login field now also appears on verification code
fields, and no longer closes when moving from one field to the next.
