by Fawzley, 3 years agoSoftware is confusing instructions are not clear. At one point was confused if 'removing' referred to Norton software or tracking cookies.
Also at one time Norton was a one time payment for protection. Now Norton nickel-dimes the customer over security ( and greed).
Been using Norton software since DOS days. That brand loyalty is running out.
As of late Norton is on thin ice an actively looking for alternatives.
