- Rated 1 out of 5by asumm92, 5 years agoThis plugin worked fine for me in Chrome. But since I switched to Firefox, it doesn't seem to work for this browser. Even though I'm logged in to my Okta account through the website, it still tells me I need to log in. I wish Okta would fix this, because it was a really convenient plugin for me in Chrome.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13195976, 5 years agoIt used to work fine, but in the last week now it just says "An error has occurred. There is a problem with the plugin. To proceed, click the Refresh Plugin button below to clear the plugin cache." I do this and it takes me to the Okta sign in page. I sign in and the browser extension just says the same thing.
The Chrome version of the extension is working fine.Developer response

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14922880, 5 years agoTotally uneccessary, flaky, crashes, and has none of the features in other password managers.
I'm stuck with it because of work, but I'd avoid it like the plague if I could.
Edit in response to the developer response - I think that's part of the problem, I shouldn't need a browser add-on.Developer response
