Only kind of works on Android. Makes the URL/tab bar dark grey (instead of black). Everything else stays the same. Better than nothing, but I wish someone would make a mobile compatible black theme already since so many phones have OLED displays and could greatly benefit from the battery savings.

The only thing it promised was that it's black and it isn't.

It's not like it looks in preview.
The toolbar is gray, and the address bar is lighter gray, the other tabs are black, and the tab is grayed out like the ruler and the text is gray as well, so it's not so obvious.
