Open Track by Sergio Milardovich
Privacy policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026
This policy covers the Open Track web application (opentrack.polluxcoop.com) and the Open Track browser extension, both operated by Cooperativa Pollux.
What we store
Your email address and name (to identify you), the time entries you record (description, project, start, end, tags) and your profile preferences. If you join the waitlist we store the email, name and organisation you provide.
How we use it
So that you and your team can track hours and read reports according to each role's permissions. The emails we send are only sign in links, invitations and waitlist notices.
The browser extension
The extension stores in your browser an access key for your Open Track server and a local copy of your latest entries so it works offline. It talks only to the server you configured. It does not read the pages you visit or collect your browsing history.
Third parties
The application is hosted on Vercel and the database on Supabase (United States). Emails go through Resend. We use Sentry for technical errors, with personal data removed before sending. We use no advertising or third party analytics.
Your rights
You can export your entries from the reports, correct your data from your profile and request the deletion of your account by writing to info@polluxcoop.com.
