The addon does not collect and send any data to anyone, nor does the addon store any data anywhere.
The addon will only function when OpenRPA is also started. Doing recording in the OpenRPA, the addon will send the url of the current tab and all mouse and keyboard actions.
When recording is complete, you then decide if you want to store that information. In OpenRPA you decided if workflows and data is saved locally or in your openflow.
