Palette Creator only collects anonymized usage information through Google Analytics[1], like how long it took to generate a color palette, or whether you visited the options page.
This information is used to identify problems in the extension, and will never be transferred to third parties.
You can disable collection of usage information by going to the options page of the extension and unchecking the option Send anonymized usage statistics and crash reports.
