Passpaw speeds up VEHCS submissions for veterinary practices.

Veterinary staff spend hours each week retyping the same practice, patient, owner, and shipment information into USDA APHIS export health certificate forms. Passpaw pulls that data from your existing practice records and fills the VEHCS web forms for you — accurately, every time.

WHAT IT DOES

• Does not modify pages outside of vehcs.aphis.usda.gov

WHO IT'S FOR
Veterinary technicians, practice managers, and veterinarians who process international pet travel or livestock export health certificates through the USDA VEHCS system.

HOW IT WORKS
Sign in to your Passpaw account from the extension. Select an application to submit from your Passpaw data. Passpaw will auto-fill the form, and will let you know when there's a step you have to take.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
Passpaw only modifies pages on vehcs.aphis.usda.gov. No third-party analytics are included.

When you sign in, the extension stores your Passpaw authentication token locally in chrome.storage.local so you stay signed in across sessions. No passwords are stored.

While you use the extension, it exchanges data with Passpaw's own backend at app.passpaw.com to:
• retrieve your saved applications so it can auto-fill VEHCS fields,
• report the status of each form step (success, error) so we can fix integration issues. When an autofill can't complete a field and you fill it in yourself, the field name is sent with the error report.
