Privacy policy for Passport Auto-fill
Passport Auto-fill by DataMystic
The privacy and security of your data is Job Zero for us - it's simply the most important thing we do. Without your trust we simply cannot succeed.
Where does Family Auto-fill store my data? Your data stays within your device and NEVER leaves. It is not stored in the cloud, and it is not stored with data from millions of other people. It is secured by you - using whatever you use to secure your device – a password, pin, fingerprint, face id etc, as well as by a password that you provide.
When you auto-fill a website, the Family Auto-Fill browser extension sends a list of input fields and their names to our website, which then tells the extension what data to put where. e.g. if the extension finds a field called 'FirstName' the website will tell it to put Person 1's Given Name into that field (e.g 'Fred'). Your data is never sent to our website at all, and this also allows us to quickly add new websites, to add new field names (such as translations) we haven't seen before, and prioritize popular sites.
