Pegasus uses 550,000 rounds PBKDF2-SHA512 on the master key to generate a derived key, which is then used to HMAC sign the website, login, counter combination using SHA512, it then uses the 64 byte HMAC signature as the seed to an RC4 PRNG, which is used to select characters to generate the final password.
