About this extension
Penguin Check adds a simple Linux compatibility banner to Steam store pages.
It tells you at a glance whether a game:
• Works on Linux out of the box
• Works with Proton or minor configuration
• Does not currently work
• Has insufficient data
Compatibility data is based on publicly available sources such as ProtonDB and Steam Deck verification, aggregated and cached for fast lookups.
Penguin Check does not track users, does not require accounts, and does not collect personal data.
Not affiliated with Valve Corporation.
